Client Responsibilities

  • Clients should provide accurate and complete information regarding their business necessary for us to deliver services effectively.
  • Clients should respond quickly to material, permission, and feedback requests.
  • The Client needs to double check that any language, graphics, and logos do not violate third-party IP rights.
  • Clients should maintain their own backup of materials and data shared with us.

Payment Terms

  • The service fees are mentioned in detail on our website pages.
  • Clients are required to make payments for the intended services on time. Late payments might delay or stop services.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

  • The parties undertake to keep all confidential information communicated throughout the engagement secret and safe.
  • Public information and third-party information obtained without confidentiality breaches are not confidential.

Intellectual Property

  • Clients will own custom deliverables after final payment. We may include non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio.
  • Pre-existing materials, tools, or code used in the project remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not accountable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from our services.
  • We aim to provide great services, but we cannot promise first-page rankings or lead numbers.
  • Our liability for service claims is limited to the service costs.

Termination

  • Either party can terminate the agreement in writing providing prior notice.
  • Clients must pay for all services supplied until termination.
  • If terminated, we shall give client’s all completed deliverables and paid work in progress.

  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Law governing:

The laws of the United Kingdom control and interpret these Terms. The United Kingdom courts will handle conflicts.
